3 ingredient low carb protein bar

-1scoop of protein powder of choice (I ised whey isolate peanut butter chocolate flavour)
-1tbsp of all natural peanut butter
-2 tbsp of water
-mix all ingredients in a bowl, yes it will be sticky so don't be afraid to get your hands a little messy!
-mold into desired shape and place into the fridge for a couple hours and enjoy!
Macros will varry depending on your protein powder of choice
