Protein Banana Loaf
-1/2cup of natural plain oats
-1/2cup of egg whites
-1/2serving of protein powder
-1whole banana
-1packet of stevia
-blend all together till smooth
-bake at 350 for approx 20-30min
Macros: 4g of fat, 60g of carbs, 35g protein, 404calories
