Recipe
Mash together
2 bananas
1/2 cup of coconut flour
1/4 cup of coconut milk
2 tbsp of psyllium husk
2 tsp of vanilla extract
2tsp of baking powder
2 tbsp of agave
1 tbsp of coconut oil (melted)
I also took coconut nectar & sprinkled it on top for extra flavor (optional)
Bake at 350 for 30 min
(I personally enjoy the flavor more when they are cold, so I put them in the fridge for about an hour before eating them, but they are good both ways)
