Clean Cheesecake Alternative

Crust
In a food processor blend together
-1/2 cup of oats
-1/2 cup of almonds
-5 dates
-10 graham crackers
-3 tbsp of honey

Filling
In a food processor blend together
-500 grams of LIGHT cream cheese
-1/2 cup of 1% low fat cottage cheese
-2 tsp of vanilla extract
-2 pinches of nutmeg 
-1 tsp of cinnamon 
-1 tbsp of stevia OR 
1/2 cup of unrefined coconut nectar (coconut sugar)
(I prefer the stevia, but some people don't like the 'aftertaste' of it, so for those the coconut sugar/nectar 
works just as well, although it makes gives the batter a light brown tinge to it)

Press the crust into a mold and pour the cheesecake batter overtop
*Bake at 325 for 40 min, then set it in the fridge over night*
I topped it with strawberries and strawberry sauce
To make that blend,
-Whole strawberries and unsweetened strawberry jam
