Recipe
mash together
-1 tbsp of chocolate pb2 (or 1/2 tbsp of natural peanut butter)
-1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
-1/2 mashed banana
-1 tbsp of coconut flour
-1 egg white
-2 tbsp of almond milk
-1/2 tsp of unsweetened coco powder
-1/2 tbsp of psyllium husks
-stevia to taste
Mix it all together then place it in a greased mug and microwave it for approximately 1.5 minuets
