Recipe
In a food processor blend,
-1 ripe banana
-2 tbsp of oats
-2 tbsp of gluten free flour
-1/4 cup of egg whites
-2 tsp of psyllium husk
-2 tsp of unsweetened coco powder
-2 tbsp of almond milk
-stevia to taste
-stir in desired amount of raspberries
Cook on a non stick pan
