Recipe
In a bowl mash together
-1/2 a banana
-1 tbsp of gluten free flour
-2 tbsp of oats
-1/2 tbsp of unsweetened coco powder
-1/2 a tbsp of natural peanut butter
-2 tbsp of liquid egg whites
-2 tbsp of almond milk
-Stevia to taste
Pour the batter into a greased mug and microwave for about 2 minuets
