Recipe
-First take 40 grams of beets & place in it a bowl of warm water & microwave it for two minutes
In the food processor blend together
-1/4 cup of oats
-1/4 cup of almond milk
-1/4 cup of liquid egg whites
-1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
-1/2 tsp of baking powder
-1/2 tsp of stevia
-1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
-1/2 a banana
-Add the beet when it's finished in the microwave
Cook the batter on a non stick pan! You can also add some unsweetened chocolate chips,
as shown in the photo above!
