Recipe
In the food processor blend together
-1 ripe banana
-2 tbsp of coconut flour
-2 tbsp of oats
-1/4 cup of egg whites
-3-4 tbsp of almond milk
-1tsp of psyllium husk
-1tsp of vanilla extract
-1tsp of milled flax seeds
-Stevia to taste
-Stir desired amount of blueberries into the batter
-cook in some coconut oil
