Recipe
With a hand mixer, mix together
-1 tbsp of gluten free flour
-1 tbsp of coconut flour
-2 tbsp of plain oats
-4 egg whites
-2 tsp of psyllium husk
-4 tbsp of low fat cottage cheese
-2 tbsp of low fat cottage cheese
-2 tbsp of milled flax seeds
-2 tsp of vanilla extract
-1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk (I use vanilla)
-stevia to taste
cook on a non-stick pan!
