Wisk together
-4 scoops of protein powder (different flavour protein calls for different flavour donuts) I'd recommend quest protein powder or a casein type.
-1/2 cup of stevia (or stevia equivalent to the sweetness of 1/2 cup of sugar).
-2tsp of baking powder
-1/2 a tsp of salt
-2tbsp of melted coconut oil
-1/4 cup of egg whites
-1/2 cup of almond milk
Cook till ready in mini donut maker
Top with whatever you please
- I sometimes mash berries & mix it with protein powder & almond milk & dip the donuts in that to make a clean glaze
-or I mix chocolate protein with a bit of almond milk to make a chocolate paste and spread that on the donuts
