Protein Muffins

Protein muffins 
Mash together 
-1banana 
-1/2cup of plain oats
-1/2cup of egg whites
-1/2serving of protein powder of choice (I used chocolate peanut butter flavoured whey isolate) 

Spray the muffin Tins with Pam & Separate into 4 muffins and bake at 350 for approx 20min ✨enjoy 

Each muffin contains approx 100calories, fat:1g, carbs:15g, protein:8.75g
