In a food processor, blend together frozen fruit of choice! I used mangos and raspberries🍒🍓🍌🍍
Than add in 1tbsp of plain Greek yogurt... OR... For my vegan friends you can sub the yogurt for 1/4 piece of a banana (not frozen)
You can add 1tbsp of vanilla whey to add a sweeter flavour. (OPTIONAL)
Or protein powder of choice, (Whether it's a soy based protein or vegan friendly protein or whatever you own! Although I would recommend a vanilla flavoured one)
Than scoop out & enjoy🍧☺️
