Recipe
Take 2 tbsp of milled flax and soak it in
6 tbsp if warm water
(the flax will thicken and absorb the water)
Blend together
-1 cup of oats
-1 banana
-1/2 cup of almond milk
-1/4 cup of raw almonds
-1 tsp of vanilla extract
-1 tsp of baking powder
-2 tbsp of psyllium husk
-4 tbsp of water
-1/2 cup of raw unrefined coconut sugar
-blend the milled flax in when it`s done soaking
-take a handful or two of pecans and chop them up
-Stir them into the batter
*grease the muffin tins and bake them at 350 for about 35 min*
Makes about 12 muffins
