Hummus


Recipe
In a food processor blend together
-1 can of chick peas
-3 cloves of garlic
-1/4 cup of tahini
-2 tbsp of water
-2 tbsp of olive oil
-1/2 tsp of cumin
-1/2 tsp of salt
-3 tbsp of lemon juice
(or use freshly squeezed lemon)
*taste test and add more of anything you think may be lacking, 
I always add extra freshly squeezed lemon juice because I love the flavour it gives*
