Recipe
-Take 1 tbsp of milled flax and soak it in 3 tbsp of warm water (Set that a side for later use)
*In a food processor blend together*
-1/4 cup of oats (till ground)
then add in
-1 tbsp of psyllium husk
-2 tbsp of liquid egg whites
-1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
-1 tsp of baking powder
-1 tbsp of agave (honey would work as well)
-Add the milled flax seeds after it has absorbed the water
*mix everything thoroughly*
-I then threw in some seeds and pecans for about 7 seconds
(this way there will be seed chunks in the 'bread')
-Take the sticky dough out and place it in a container
-mold the dough to the container
-microwave it for 2 min then flip it over & microwave it for another min.
Then in a separate bowl mix together
-One whole egg
1-2 tbsp of almond milk
-1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Then take the 'bread' and slice it up into sticks (or desired shape) and
soak it in the egg mixture.
Then fry them on a pan! i put a little bit of coconut oil on the pan (optional)
and there you have it friends
