Quest pb protein pancakes

Blend together 
-1/4 cup of low fat cottage cheese 
-1/4 cup of egg whites 
-1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
-stevia to taste 
-1 scoop of quest nutrition pb protein powder 
-mix in some dark chocolate chips (optional)
-fry and top with what you like 
Enjoy:)
