Gooey Protein Mug Cake

Mix together 
-1scoop of protein powder
-drizzle or two of water 
(Not too much water so it's excessively watery, but enough water so it's not too thick... A nice thin pudding consistency is what you should aim for)
Microwave this for 20-30sec. The time will depend on the amount of water used. Just be careful not to over cook. So keep an eye on it!
Cool enough so you can visibly see a formation of a cake, but there is also wet protein not formed into a cake, this allows for a tasty Sauce:) 
I added some natural pb on top! That of corse is optional, enjoy:)
