To make these
Peel and wash some sweet potatoes,
Thinly slice them (I used a food processor, mine has a slicing option),
then place the pieces in a bowl and pour olive oil over to.
Mix everything together and make sure each slice is slightly coated with olive oil.
Place them on a tray and bake them at about 375 until crisp.
Top them off with a sprinkle of coarse sea salt
and chow down!
