Recipe
*preheat the oven to 400*
Chocolate Peanut-butter
Blend together
-1 banana
-15 grams of chocolate protein powder
-2 tbsp of pb2 or natural peanut-butter
-2 tbsp of natural oats
-2 tbsp of gluten free flour
-2 tsp of whole psyllium husk fibers
-4 egg whites
-2 tbsp of cottage cheese
-Stevia to taste
Vanilla
Blend together
-1 banana
-15 grams of vanilla protein powder
-2 tsp of vanilla extract
-2 tbsp of natural oats
-2 tbsp of gluten free flour
-2 tsp of psyllium husk fibers
-4 egg whites
-2 tbsp of natural vanilla Greek yogurt
-Stevia to taste
Cook for about 20-25min
it makes about 6 muffins for each recipe
