Recipe
In a bowl mash together
-1 banana
-1/4 cup of egg whites
-1 tbsp of gluten free flour
-2 tbsp of natural oats
-2 tbsp of almond milk
-2 tbsp of cottage cheese
-1 tbsp of natural peanut-butter
-1 tbsp of unsweetened coco powder
-1/2 tsp of stevia (or to taste)
*mix all ingredients with a hand blender, DO NOT process or blend*
I too a piece of dark chocolate and stuck it in the middle of the pancakes,
the chocolate melted and it tasted dreamy :p Enjoy!
